No Returns or Exchanges Policy

Applies To: All altered, customized, or thrifted items sold by The Dapper Rabbit

At The Dapper Rabbit, each piece is unique and often repurposed, reworked, or hand-altered from thrifted garments. Because of this individualized nature, all sales are final.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any altered or thrifted items.
• Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be modified or refunded.

2. Condition Disclosure

• All items are sold as-is.
• Any visible wear, markings, or imperfections are part of the character and history of the piece.
• We do our best to accurately describe and photograph each item before sale.

3. Fit & Sizing

• Please check all measurements and product details before purchasing.
• If you have questions about fit or condition, contact us before completing your order.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location or carrier delays beyond our control (e.g., weather or holidays).

Free Shipping
Orders over $125 qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.

Order Tracking
You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been marked as shipped by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
